Hip Hop Therapy

I lead sessions supporting youth and adults through music and reflection.

Guided Hip Hop Reflection

A creative session for exploring thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences through hip hop.

A More Personal Way to Find Your Voice

I guide participants through music-based prompts, reflective listening, and open conversation. The session can include lyric exploration, writing, rhythm, or discussion, depending on what feels most useful in the moment. Each activity is adapted to the participant's age, comfort, and goals.

The experience is supportive without being forced or performative. Participants have space to notice patterns, name emotions, and consider new perspectives at their own pace. I bring structure and care to the process while leaving room for authentic expression and meaningful dialogue.

Ideal For

  • Youth exploring identity and emotions

  • Adults seeking creative reflection

  • Participants who communicate through music

  • Groups building trust and connection

How It Works

  1. Set An Intention: We identify a focus for the session and discuss what support would feel useful.

  2. Explore Through Music: We use selected music or creative prompts to open reflection and conversation.

  3. Reflect And Integrate: We gather key insights and identify a practical takeaway from the experience.
